LATE POLICY:
To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and accommodate all clients effectively, we provide a 15-minute grace period for appointments. However, exceeding this grace period may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that our ability to accommodate late arrivals is at our discretion based on our existing schedule.
